If you wish to delete your Dinspire account, please submit a request using the form below. We'll process your request within 30 days.
Please note: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including:
- Your profile and personal information
- All saved recipes and meal plans
- Your recipe creation history
- Shopping lists and preferences
- Community posts and interactions
This action cannot be undone. If you're experiencing issues with the app, please contact our support team first.

How long does account deletion take?
We process account deletion requests within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Can I recover my account after deletion?
No, account deletion is permanent. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you think you might want to use Dinspire again, consider temporarily deactivating your account instead by contacting support.
What happens to my shared recipes?
All recipes you've shared with the community will be removed when your account is deleted. Other users will no longer be able to access them.
